統一企業今年決定針對成立 30 年的統一麵包，進行品牌年輕化改造工作，首度與橙果設計公司合作，由橙果設計提供一系列的包裝及產品改造提案，並訂今年第二季推出。統一麵包及蛋糕今年業績將挑戰 33 億元，較去年成長近一成。
負責麵包及蛋糕的統一保健事業群總經理李華揚表示，統一麵包要品牌年輕化，就要借助外界的力量，除延攬專業經理人外，並與橙果設計公司合作，首件作品是情人節蛋糕，統一蛋糕屋傳情密碼 cupcake 限量上市，要讓統一蛋糕屋一砲而紅。This year Uni-President decided to revamp the 30-year old brand of the Uni-Bread to give it a fresh, youthful feel.
