全家溫心小館今年新代言人「溫心熊」,由好神公仔的創意團隊「橙果」設計,融入「擁抱」及「緊扣情感」的元素。可愛的毛茸茸熊體象徵熊抱 ( 擁抱 ) ,雙眼及雙掌用鈕扣代表,是將人們感情緊緊聯繫、扣住的意義。在冷冷的寒風中,全家將透過溫心熊傳遞溫暖、分享愛。The FamilyMart hot drink brand “Warm Heart" is one of the key winter campaigns of the convenience store chain. As this year marked the 20th anniversary of FamilyMart, the appeal of the new spokesperson “Warm Heart Bear" is expected to help boost sales by 15~20% this year. The new spokesperson “Warm Heart Bear" for FamilyMart’s “Warm Heart" brand was developed by the design team from DEM responsible for the “Good God Figurines". The furry bear shape embodies the “Bear Hug" while the buttons for the eyes and palm represent “Bonding Together". In other words, the bear brings people close together. As the winter chill sets in, FamilyMart will use Warm Heart Bear to convey warmth and share love.
